What is the spot?  When a man uses the restroom, sometimes a small amount of extra urine will leak after it feels like the voiding process is complete.  This is not incontinence, but rather, just a “little something extra”.  These last few drops are absorbed into his pants, and cause an embarrassing spot to appear.
